About

A practical business hub for freelancers.

Qivora is the workspace freelancers wish they had once their work becomes too serious for spreadsheets and scattered tools.

Why we built Qivora

Running a freelance business means keeping notes, spreadsheets, an invoice tool, email threads, a project board, and a list of payment reminders in step with each other. Each of those handovers is somewhere an approval, a billable hour, or an unpaid invoice can be dropped. Qivora puts the client workflow on one record instead, from the first lead to the payment.

Where we draw the line

A one-person business should be able to run on software as capable as a large company's, without inheriting the setup cost that comes with it. So Qivora covers the client workflow properly and stops there. It does not do accounting, payroll, team chat, or the forecasting machinery of an enterprise sales CRM, because a service business of one to ten people does not need them and pays for them in configuration time.

Qivora is built by Telora Labs.

What Qivora is

The short answers, including how to tell this Qivora apart from the other companies using the name.

What is Qivora?

Qivora is business management software for freelancers and small service businesses. It holds clients, proposals, contracts, projects, time, expenses, invoices, and payments in one workspace, so the work moves from a first lead to a paid invoice without being re-entered between tools.

Who makes Qivora?

Telora Labs, which builds and runs it. Qivora is one of its products, not a reseller listing or a template.

Is Qivora free?

There is a free Starter plan covering client CRM, projects and tasks, time tracking, and basic invoicing, with no card required. Pro and Team are paid, and the pricing page has the current comparison.

How is Qivora different from a spreadsheet and an invoice template?

A spreadsheet does not know that the hours in one tab belong to the client in another, so the link between work done and money owed is something you maintain by hand. In Qivora time is logged against a client's project and becomes invoice lines directly, and the client sees the proposal, the contract, and the invoice in one portal.

Is Qivora accounting software?

No. It records invoices and expenses, but reconciliation, ledgers, and tax filing stay with your accountant or your accounting package. Qivora also does not do payroll, team chat, or enterprise sales forecasting.
