Client CRM
A freelancer CRM that holds the whole client, not just the deal.
Every client, contact, note, file, and piece of history on one record you can open a year later and understand. No pipeline stages you will never use, and no forecasting model built for a sales team of thirty.
What it does
One record per client
Contacts, addresses, billing details, and the history of what you have done together.
Notes that stay findable
Write what was agreed on a call and find it before the next one, instead of searching an inbox.
Files on the client
Briefs, deliverables, and signed documents live on the record rather than in a folder tree.
Leads before they are clients
Capture an enquiry, keep it in a simple pipeline, and convert it without retyping anything.
Why a CRM inside the workflow beats a CRM beside it
A standalone CRM knows who the client is and nothing about the work. So when you invoice, you copy the details across, and when the client asks what you did in March, you reconstruct it. Here the same record carries the proposal they approved, the contract they signed, the project you delivered, the hours you logged, and the invoices you sent. The answer to "what have we done together" is the record itself, not a report you assemble.
What it does not do
Worth knowing before you switch, so you are not surprised later.
Lead scoring and forecasting
There is no pipeline weighting or revenue forecast model. A service business with ten clients does not need to predict a funnel.
Email marketing
Qivora does not send campaigns or manage subscriber lists. It holds client relationships, not an audience.
Territory and quota rules
No sales-team structure, because there is no sales team.
Common questions
How is this different from a spreadsheet of clients?
A spreadsheet holds the details but not the relationship. It does not know which proposal that client approved, how many hours are unbilled against them, or which invoice is overdue. Those live in other files that you keep in step by hand, and that is the step that fails.
Do I have to use the lead pipeline?
No. You can create a client directly and never touch lead capture. The pipeline is there for people who want enquiries tracked before they turn into work.
Can I see everything I have ever done for one client?
Yes, that is the point of the record. Proposals, contracts, projects, time entries, expenses, and invoices are all attached to the client, so the history is a page rather than a search.
