Questions freelancers ask
Is Qivora worth it if I only have three or four clients?
It depends on how much unbilled work you are losing. With three clients the CRM matters less, but the time-to-invoice link still catches hours that a spreadsheet loses. Start on the free Starter plan and see whether the uninvoiced-time figure surprises you.
Do I have to track time to use the invoicing?
No. You can write invoice lines by hand, bill a fixed project price, or bill from expenses. Time tracking is how you build an invoice without retyping, not a requirement for sending one.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your clients, projects, time entries, and invoices are your business records and can be exported. That export is also what you hand to an accountant, since Qivora does not do accounting or tax filing itself.
