Can I invoice tracked time and expenses on the same invoice?
Yes. Select approved time entries and expenses recorded against a project and they become line items. Nothing is retyped, so the invoice matches what was actually recorded.
Does Qivora do accounting or tax filing?
No. Qivora holds the invoice and expense records. Reconciliation, ledgers, and filing stay with your accountant or your accounting package. What Qivora gives them is clean records you can export.
Can Qivora chase an overdue invoice for me?
Yes. Reminders can be sent automatically once an invoice passes its due date, so following up stops depending on you noticing.
Can I bill a retainer automatically every month?
