What is included in the free Starter plan?
Client CRM and contacts, projects and tasks, time tracking, and basic invoicing. It is meant for one person organising their own client work.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan does not ask for card details.
What does the Team plan add over Pro?
Collaboration. On Team you invite contractors or staff to shared clients and projects, they log their own billable time, and reporting covers the whole team rather than one person.
Is every feature on every plan?
No. Starter covers the core: CRM, projects, tasks, time tracking, and basic invoicing. The paid plans add the rest of the workflow, and team collaboration is on Team only. The comparison on this page is the current list.
Can I get my data out if I stop paying?
Yes. Clients, projects, time entries, and invoices are your business records and can be exported. That export is also what an accountant needs, since Qivora does not do accounting itself.
