Proposals
Proposal software that turns an approval into actual work.
Write a scoped proposal, send it as a link, and let the client approve it online. The approval is recorded against the client, so what was agreed stays findable when the scope is questioned three months later.
What it does
Scoped proposals
State the work, the price, and what is included, such as how many rounds of revisions.
Send as a link
The client opens it in the portal. No attachment to lose, and one current version.
Online approval
The client approves in place, and the date and content of that approval are recorded.
Follow-up on silence
See which proposals are open and which have had no reply, and chase automatically.
An approved proposal should not need retyping
In most setups a proposal is a document, and everything after it is manual: you rewrite the scope into a contract, then again into a project plan, then again into an invoice. Here the approved proposal is the source. It becomes the contract to be signed and the project to be delivered, and the price or the agreed rate carries into the invoice. The scope you sold and the scope you bill for are the same object rather than four copies that drift.
What it does not do
Worth knowing before you switch, so you are not surprised later.
A design tool
Proposals are structured documents, not a page builder. If you need bespoke visual layout, produce it elsewhere and attach it.
Bidding or marketplace listings
Qivora does not find you work or submit bids to a marketplace. It handles the proposal once you have someone to send it to.
Legal review
It sends what you write. Whether your terms hold up is between you and a lawyer.
Common questions
Can a client approve a proposal without an account?
Yes. It opens through the client portal link, so they approve without you setting up a login for them.
What happens after a client approves?
The approval is recorded on the client record with its date. From there the agreed work becomes a contract to sign and a project to deliver, without the scope being retyped.
Can I state how many revision rounds are included?
Yes, and it is worth doing. When the agreed number is in the document the client approved, the extra rounds you then track time against are billable work rather than an awkward conversation.
