For coaches
Keep the focus on your clients, not the paperwork.
Coaching runs on relationships and on showing up consistently. Qivora keeps client history, agreements, sessions, and payments organised, so every client picks up where the last conversation ended.
Start freeWhat usually goes wrong
Session notes and client history spread across documents
Chasing payment for sessions you have already delivered
Agreements and package terms living in a separate tool
Admin taking the time you would rather spend coaching
What it replaces
The setup this usually takes the place of.
- A document per client that only you can find
- A payment request sent by message after each session
- A package agreement re-sent as an attachment
- A memory of what the client said three sessions ago
The four parts you will open every week
All ten product areas are included on every plan. These are the ones this kind of work leans on.
Client CRM
One record per client holding history, notes, and files.
Agreements
Send a coaching agreement and collect a signature online.
Recurring invoices
Bill a package or a monthly plan on a schedule.
Client portal
One place for a client to sign, find their files, and pay.
Example
How a coaching package runs
A new client signs your agreement in the portal, and you set up a recurring invoice for their package so payment stops being a conversation. Notes build up on one record over the months, so before a session you read what was agreed last time instead of searching for it.
Questions coaches ask
Can I sell a package of sessions rather than billing one at a time?
Yes. Bill the package as a single invoice or put it on a recurring schedule for a monthly plan. Sessions are tracked as work against that client, so you can see what has been delivered against what was sold.
Are my session notes visible to the client?
The portal shows what you publish to it, such as agreements, files, and invoices. Notes on the client record are your working record and are not part of the client's view.
Does Qivora do scheduling and calendar booking?
No. Qivora covers the client record, agreements, billing, and the portal. Booking and calendar management stay with the scheduling tool you already send clients to.
